Sto Corp. Expands Lineup of Finishes With the Launch of Stolit® HDP™, a Hydrophobic textured wall finish.

Atlanta, GA—(TBD) Sto Corp., the innovative world leader in claddings, coatings, and restoration systems, announced the launch of Stolit® HDP™, an acrylic-based textured wall finish with enhanced hydrophobic properties.

The benefits of Stolit HDP’s water-repellent properties are multi-fold. It makes walls less susceptible to dirt accumulation and microbial growth and more resistant to freeze-thaw cycles and mildew, saving on long-term maintenance costs.

Stolit HDP is an addition to Sto’s industry-leading line-up of finishes unmatched by the competition. It’s available in four texture options or can be applied using any StoSignature® application techniques, providing a great deal of aesthetic flexibility. According to James Howell, Associate Product Manager at Sto Corp, Stolit HDP is all about providing more options in the battle against water.

“Moisture is the enemy,” explained Howell, adding, “Stolit HDP provides impressive levels of facade protection because the finish maintains a higher contact angle water-bead, causing less exposure to moisture to the finished surface.”
